Qimen Dunjia reads a decision by overlaying three symbolic systems on one nine-palace chart: 奇門遁甲把三套符號系統疊加在同一張九宮盤上，來分析一個決策：
These three systems build the chart. The four dimensions below — timing, terrain, people, and winds — are how that chart is then read for your decision. 這三套系統負責把盤搭起來；下面的四個維度——天時、地利、人和、神助——則是從這張盤上讀取決策資訊的四個角度。
