The illness star tells you what is wrong and where; the doctor star and its companion tell you whether treatment will help; and your own day stem tells you how much fight the body has left. Learn these six and you can follow any health reading:

The reading is a triangle: the illness star (Ren Star) shows the disease, the doctor star (Heart Star) plus medicine (Yi) shows the treatment, and their palace relationship to each other and to you (Day Stem) determines the outcome. A chart where the treatment pair controls the illness palace is medicine working as intended; a chart where the illness palace drains or controls the treatment pair is a sign that the current approach needs rethinking.

Health readings have a feature that career and relationship charts do not have: a built-in anatomy. The nine palaces of the Qimen grid map to regions of the body, externally and internally. When the Sickness Star (Ren Star) lands in a particular palace, it points to the body region that palace governs. This is a classical framework inherited from pre-modern cosmological medicine, and it remains one of the most distinctive tools in Qimen health analysis.

This mapping is not a diagnosis; it is a classical compass. When Ren Star falls in the Kan 1 palace, the tradition says to pay attention to the kidneys, bladder, or endocrine system. When it falls in the Li 9 palace, the head, eyes, or cardiovascular system may be involved. The stems and deities that accompany Ren Star further refine the picture, narrowing from a region to a more specific concern.

How Health Charts Are Judged健康盘怎么断

Classical Qimen judges health questions through a four-step framework. Each step adds a layer of resolution, from identifying the illness to predicting whether treatment will succeed:

Step 1: Locate the illness. Find Ren Star (the Sickness Star). Its palace tells you the body region through the body map above. The door, stem, and deity it carries reveal the nature of the condition: Harm Door suggests acute injury or sudden onset; Fear Door suggests shock, fright, or neurological involvement; Delusion Door suggests a hidden or blocked condition; Scenery Door suggests fever, inflammation, or conditions involving heat.

Step 2: Check the illness strength. Is Ren Star thriving in the current season, or is it weak? A Sickness Star that is in season and energized means the illness is active and gaining force. Step 4: Read your own condition. Is your day stem strong and in season, with auspicious formations? This means the body has reserves: vitality, immunity, the will to fight. The body map above is a classical framework inherited from pre-modern cosmological medicine. It is a lens for reflection, not a scan.
