QimenIt does not sell subscriptions and nothing auto-renews. Analyses are one-time credit purchases: a single analysis ($29), a 3-Analysis Pack ($69), or a 10-Analysis Pack ($179). Credits stay valid for 2 years from purchase; unlocked analyses are unaffected by credit expiry, and your analysis history is kept for as long as your account is active. Your remaining credits and past analyses are listed on your Account page.

Yes, within 14 days of purchase. Analyses are sold as one-time credit purchases, not a subscription. If you have not used any credits, we refund the amount actually paid for that order in full. If you have used some of your credits, each analysis you have used is counted at the single-Analysis refund reference price (the price of a single analysis available to you on the date of your purchase) and the rest is refunded, never less than $0. Once a refund is issued, the unused credits from that purchase are cancelled; if the calculation results in $0, no refund is issued and your unused credits remain valid for their original term. Credits obtained without payment have no cash value and are not refundable. A single analysis is fully refundable within 14 days if unused; once an analysis is generated it is delivered instantly and is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Stripe emails a payment receipt to the address you used at checkout as soon as your purchase completes. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder first, or email support@qimenit.com and we will resend a receipt or proof of purchase.

Qimen Dunjia is time-sensitive — the chart changes with each query time. Analyses are also AI-interpreted, so results may vary. This is by design.

Yes. Casting a chart is free and requires no account. To see an analysis of that chart, create a free account: it unlocks the basic analysis — core analysis, signal snapshot, and chart overview — for up to 2 charts per day. The full in-depth analysis requires an analysis credit; there is no subscription, credits are one-time purchases. See Pricing.

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported where available.
