How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in, go to your Account page, and click "Manage Billing". You can cancel directly in the Stripe billing portal. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. No penalty.
Can I get a refund?
Single readings are non-refundable. Subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days based on usage. See our
Terms of Service for the full schedule.
My reading failed — what do I do?
Wait a minute and try again. If it keeps failing, email us with your browser and device info.
Is my data safe?
Your data is stored securely via Supabase and never sold or shared. See our
Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us with your request and we'll process it within 7 business days.
Can I use QimenIt for someone else's reading?
Yes, but you're responsible for having their consent to share their personal data. See our

Why do readings differ across sessions?
Qimen Dunjia is time-sensitive — the chart changes with each query time. Readings are also AI-interpreted, so results may vary. This is by design.
