1. About QimenIt
QimenIt (qimenit.com) is an AI-assisted Qimen Dunjia (奇门遁甲) charting and decision-support tool operated by SunSculture LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA.
In these Terms, an “Analysis” means the AI-generated interpretation produced from a Qimen Dunjia chart in response to a question you submit. An Analysis is also the unit in which access to the service is sold.
2. Important Disclaimer — Please Read Carefully
All Analyses and other content provided by QimenIt are provided for general informational and personal reference purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice, including but not limited to legal, financial, investment, medical, psychiatric, psychological, or relationship counseling, and must not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
QimenIt applies traditional Qimen Dunjia methodology together with AI-generated interpretation. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or misleading. You are solely responsible for any decision you make and for its outcome, and you agree that you use the service at your own risk.
Analyses are generated automatically. They may contain similarities to Analyses provided to other users, and QimenIt does not guarantee that any Analysis is unique or exclusive to you. Analyses do not represent the opinions, beliefs, or recommendations of SunSculture LLC.

Any decision you make about your health, and any outcome that follows, is your own responsibility; to the fullest extent permitted by law, QimenIt accepts no liability for decisions taken or outcomes arising from use of the service.
Do not submit a minor's personal data without parental or legal guardian consent.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Qimen Dunjia is an interpretive methodology. QimenIt does not guarantee that any Analysis will be accurate, applicable, or useful for any specific situation, and does not guarantee any particular outcome or result. Analyses reflect one possible interpretation based on inputs at the time of the query and may differ across sessions.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use QimenIt. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
5. Accounts
Creating Analyses requires an email-verified account. You may browse public pages (such as pricing and about) without signing in. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or disrupt QimenIt or its systems
- Attempt to discover, extract, reproduce, or replicate any prompts, system instructions, AI workflows, models, algorithms, or underlying logic used to operate the service
- Circumvent usage limits or access controls
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service or Analyses without our written permission
- Submit content that infringes others' rights or violates privacy laws
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the service, its users, or comply with applicable law.
7. User Inputs & Third-Party Data
To generate Analyses, you may submit inputs such as date and time of birth, gender, and questions. If you submit information relating to another person (e.g., another person's date or time of birth), you represent that you have the legal right and, where required, that person's consent to provide it. You are responsible for the content you submit and the consequences of doing so.
Please do not submit sensitive personal identifiers (e.g., government ID numbers, bank card numbers, full medical records) in your question text.
8. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
All prices are listed in USD. Any currency conversion fees, bank fees, or taxes charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
9. Refund Policy
Analyses are sold as one-time credit purchases: a Single Analysis ($29), a 3-Analysis Pack ($69), or a 10-Analysis Pack ($179). Credits are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Analyses you have already unlocked are unaffected by credit expiry, and your analysis history is kept for as long as your account is active.
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. If you have not used any credits, we refund the amount actually paid for that order in full.
If you have used some of your credits, requesting a refund ends that pack early: the pack discount and any promotional discount applied to that order no longer apply to the credits you have used, and each Analysis you have used is recalculated at the single-Analysis refund reference price.

The refund is never less than $0 and never more than the amount paid for that order. Once a refund is issued, the unused credits from that purchase are cancelled. If the calculation results in $0, no refund is issued and any unused credits remain valid for their original term.
A Single Analysis is fully refundable within 14 days if unused; once the Analysis is generated, it is non-refundable as content is delivered instantly, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
The single-Analysis refund reference price is the price of a single Analysis available to you on the site on the date of your purchase. It excludes pack discounts, and excludes promotion codes or promotional offers that apply only to packs.
Analyses used means Analyses that were successfully generated and for which a credit was therefore deducted. Free charts are not counted, and an Analysis that failed to be delivered because of a technical fault is not counted as used.
A complimentary Analysis included with a pack is conditional on keeping that pack. If you request a refund after that Analysis has been generated, it counts as one Analysis used, counted once and only against the purchase that entitled you to it.
Credits obtained without payment, including gifted, trial, goodwill, and promotional credits, have no cash value and are not refundable. Paid packs purchased with a promotion-code discount remain subject to this policy and are calculated on the amount actually paid for that order.
Pack pricing reflects a discount for purchasing several Analyses at once. Where an order was placed with a promotion code or at a promotional price, the refund is still calculated from the amount actually paid for that order, so the refundable amount is correspondingly lower and may be $0. Discounts and promotional offers have no cash value and are not refunded as a separate payment, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds may also be issued for duplicate charges or technical failures that prevent delivery of a purchased Analysis.
To request an eligible refund, email support@qimenit.com. If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
We may refuse refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we will suspend your account pending resolution.
10. Intellectual Property
QimenIt's software, design, site content, and the underlying methodology, algorithms, prompts, system instructions, AI workflows, models, and technical infrastructure used to generate Analyses are owned by SunSculture LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use QimenIt for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the service without written permission.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use the Analyses generated for you for your own personal purposes. SunSculture LLC retains all rights in the systems and technology used to generate them. Analyses generated for you are for personal use only and may not be resold or republished commercially.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy. By using QimenIt, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
12. Service Availability & Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update AI models, prompts, algorithms, and features over time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
QIMENIT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUNSCULTURE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SunSculture LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of QimenIt, including decisions made based on Analysis content.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of QimenIt will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
This choice of law and venue does not affect mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country or region.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of QimenIt after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
