You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
We may refuse refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend your account pending resolution.
QimenIt's software, design, and site content are owned by SunSculture LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use QimenIt for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the service without written permission.
Readings generated for you are for personal use only and may not be resold or republished commercially.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update AI models, prompts, algorithms, and features over time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SunSculture LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of QimenIt, including decisions made based on reading content.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of QimenIt will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
